Wiley leads Keystone boys soccer team to 8-0 victory over Trinity Christian

Aaron Wiley scored five goals for the Keystone Heights High School boys soccer team, which concluded the regular season with an 8-0 win over visiting Trinity Christian on Jan. 16.

Wiley also recorded two assists for the Indians, who improved to 12-2-2.

Luke Brunt, Bryce Huntley and Noah Jaramillo each scored one goal, with Brunt and Jaramillo also recording one assist each.

Sammy Wacha led the team in assists with three.

Keystone earned the number-two seed in the District 4-3A tournament, which is being hosted by Williston. The Indians play a quarterfinal match against seventh seed Interlachen on Wednesday, Jan. 24, at 7 p.m. If Keystone wins, it will play third seed Williston or sixth seed Fort White in a semifinal match on Monday, Jan. 29, at 7 p.m.

The championship match is set for Wednesday, Jan. 31, at 7 p.m.

Keystone is eighth in the Florida High School Athletic Association’s Region 1-3A power rankings and ranked 37th in Class 3A overall.
