The Keystone Heights City Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on January 9th, 2023, at 6:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as can be heard, to consider Ordinance 2022-599.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF KEYSTONE HEIGHTS, FLORIDA AMENDING CHAPTER 17, LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, ARTICLE II. – BASIC DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS AND ARTICLE IX. – ZONING DISTRICTS AND ZONING MAPS; TO ADD DEFINITIONS FOR A CANNABIS DISPENSARY, SMOKE SHOP AND TOBACCO STORE; TO AMEND THE USE BY EXCEPTION IN INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICTS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance.

Please be advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made to any matter considered at such hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceeding for such purpose. He or she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

CITY COMMISSION MEETING
