Tornadoes make girls basketball regionals

Bradford High School gets to play at least one more game this girls basketball season after receiving an at-large bid to the Region 1-3A playoffs.

The Tornadoes are the eighth seed in the region and will travel to Jacksonville to play top seed Providence on Thursday, Feb. 9, at 7 p.m. If Bradford wins, it would travel to play either fourth seed Florida High or fifth seed Trinity Catholic in a semifinal game on Tuesday, Feb. 14, at 7 p.m.

 Bradford (10-11) last played in the Feb. 1 District 2 semifinals, losing 60-46 to Trinity Catholic.
