Call for Request for Proposals (RFP)
Landfill Leachate Pretreatment System Project RFP # 21-11
The New River Solid Waste Association (NRSWA) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for developing a landfill leachate pretreatment system project at the New River Regional Landfill (NRRL), an active municipal solid waste landfill in Union County, Florida. The Vendor shall be qualified to design, permit, construct, operate and maintain the proposed project. The selected Vendor shall be required to assume full responsibility for all services offered in their proposal. A pre-proposal meeting and site tour will be held on Thursday, September 23, 2021, at 10:00 AM (Eastern Time) at the NRRL. Attendance is strongly encouraged but not mandatory.
NRRL is located 2.5 miles north of Raiford, Florida on State Road 121 in Union County, Florida. RFP packages can be picked up at the NRRL Administration Office located at 24276 NE 157th Street, Raiford, Florida 32083 or can be distributed upon request via email to [email protected]. Completed RFP packages shall be mailed to the NRSWA, P.O. Box 647, Raiford, Florida 32083-0647 or delivered to the NRRL Administration Office.
