A mandatory walk through is a prerequisite to a valid bid.  All interested bidders will meet at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at the Community Development Office located at 925-E North Temple Avenue in Starke, Florida. If you plan to submit a bid, a representative of your firm must attend the “walk through” of the unit to become familiar with the property and the scope of work to be completed.

No contractor shall visit the subject property for any reason without first making arrangements with the County and owner.

NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 171.044, Florida Statutes, as amended, that the ordinance, which title hereinafter appears, will be considered for enactment by the City Commission of the City of Lake Butler, Florida, at a public hearing to be held on July 16, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Commission Meeting Room, City Hall, located at 200 Southwest First Street, Lake Butler, Florida.  At the aforementioned meeting all interested parties may appear and be heard with respect to the ordinance.  The complete legal description of the area to be annexed, as well as a copy of the ordinance, can be obtained from the Office of the City Manager in the City Hall, at 200 Southwest First Street, Lake Butler, Florida, during regular business hours.
