YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED of the filing of a Complaint against you to quiet title to the following property in Union County, Florida:

A parcel of land containing a total area of 0.50 acres, more or less, lying, being and situate in Section 31, Township 5 South, Range 20 East, City of Lake Butler, Union County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCE at the Southeast corner of the North 1/2 of Government Lot 1, said Section 31, and run North 01 degree 46 minutes 19 seconds West, along the East line of said Section 31, a distance of 103.48 feet to the intersection with the North right of way line of State Road Number 121 (Southeast 6th Street); thence run South 85 degrees 12 minutes 21 seconds West, along said North right of way line, a distance of 210.66 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the hereinafter described parcel of land: Thence continue running South 85 degrees 12 minutes 21 seconds West, continuing along said North right of way line, a distance of 210.24 feet; thence run North 01 degree 43 minutes 32 seconds West a distance of 105.17 feet; thence run North 85 degrees 30 minutes 03 seconds East a distance of 210.19 feet; thence run South 01 degree 43 minutes 32 seconds East a distance of 104.08 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
