RFP: Redistricting Consulting Services

The City of Starke will accept sealed proposals at the Office of the City Clerk at Starke City Hall until October 28, 2021, at 3:00 PM, EDT, at which time all proposals received will be publicly opened at City of Starke City Hall, 209 North Thompson Street, Starke, Florida for Redistricting Consulting Services.

The Request for Proposal documents may be found at the City of Starke website at https://www.cityofstarke.org/wp-content/uploads/RFP-Redistricting-Consulting-Services.pdf.

Proposers must submit ONE (1) Original AND TEN (10) Photocopies of your Proposal, ONE (1) electronic copy (on a USB thumb drive) and one (1) sealed Fee Proposal (to submit in a separate sealed envelope) with your submission.  The proposal shall be signed by a representative who is authorized to contractually bind the Proposer.

Proposals must be clearly marked on the outside envelope of the Proposal REDISTRICTING CONSULTING SERVICES and delivered such that they are received by the Office of the City Clerk at Starke City Hall on or before October 28, 2021 at 3:00 PM.

Proposals may be delivered by hand delivery, US Mail, or express delivery service (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or DHL) to the Office of the City Clerk at the City of Starke City Hall at the address below.
