The celebration of life for Bert “Eddie” Edward McGee Jr. will be held on Saturday, March 4, at the Starke Country Club from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. Eddie is a native of Starke, graduated class of 1981 from Bradford County High School and was employed by DuPont/Chemours starting in 1984, working beside his dad, Bert McGee Sr. He served almost 40 years in maintenance between Tennessee and Florida plants. As a die-hard Gator fan he never failed to cheer loud and proud among Tennessee Volunteers. Please join us Saturday, March 4, as we gather with family and friends to celebrate, tell stories, and honor a man who continuously served and blessed others around him.
