District tournaments for baseball begin this week, with Bradford and Keystone both playing games on Monday, April 29, while Union County won’t begin play until Tuesday, April 30.
Bradford is the fifth seed in the District 2-3A tournament and will play at fourth seed West Nassau in a quarterfinal game on April 29, at 7 p.m. If the Tornadoes win, they will play at top seed Trinity Christian on April 30.
If the Tornadoes can get to the championship game, they’d play at either second seed Bishop Snyder or third seed Baldwin on Thursday, May 2.
Keystone is the second seed in the District 4-3A tournament and will host seventh seed Pierson Taylor in a quarterfinal game on April 29 at 7 p.m. If the Indians win, they’ll host either third seed P.K. Yonge or sixth seed Crescent City in a semifinal game on April 30 at 7 p.m.
If the Indians reach the championship game, which will be played May 2, they’ll play at top seed Trinity Catholic or host either fourth seed Father Lopez or fifth seed Interlachen.
Union is the second seed in the District 6-1A tournament, which is being hosted by Hilliard High School. The Tigers have a first-round bye and will play either third seed Hilliard or sixth seed Hamilton County in a semifinal game on April 30 at 7 p.m.
If the Tigers reach the May 2 championship game, they’ll play top seed Lafayette, fourth seed Fort White or fifth seed Branford.
